Is Mythical Atlas free to use?
Players can join and participate in campaigns completely free, forever. Only Game Masters who want to create and run campaigns need a subscription. Both plans include a 1-month free trial.

Create an account, then either join an existing campaign with an invite code from your GM, or subscribe and create your own. Our getting started guide walks you through every step.
Getting StartedHow do I join a campaign?
Ask your Game Master for an invite code, then paste it on your dashboard or during sign-up. Your GM will approve your membership and you'll have full access to the campaign.
CampaignsHow do I create a campaign as a Game Master?
Subscribe to a Game Master plan, then click "Create Campaign" on your dashboard. You can create unlimited campaigns and invite as many players as you like.
CampaignsWhat happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep GM access until the end of your billing period. After that, your campaigns will need a new GM to stay active, but all your data is preserved. You can re-subscribe and reclaim your campaigns anytime.
Payment & BillingCan I upload my own maps?
Yes! Game Masters can upload custom maps and add interactive pins to mark locations, encounters, and points of interest for the whole party to explore.
MapsHow does the quest tracking system work?
GMs create quests with descriptions and status tracking. Players can follow quest progress, and GMs can update statuses as the story unfolds to keep everyone on the same page.
